About Jovanni

Through RIA Strategies, he guides executive teams, public agencies, nonprofits, and cross-sector collaboratives through strategic planning, facilitation, and complex project leadership that turns conversation into coordinated action. He is especially known for helping groups strengthen trust, align around shared priorities, and move important work forward when the relational dynamics are just as critical as the strategy itself.

A significant part of Jovanni's work has been shaped by disaster recovery and preparedness. In the years following major wildfires and community disruption in Northern California, he has supported recovery and resilience efforts through facilitation, collaborative design, stakeholder engagement, and strategic advising. His work has included supporting disaster-impacted communities, helping philanthropic and nonprofit partners coordinate recovery efforts, and advising coalitions working at the intersection of resilience, public health, and community rebuilding.
