Trust and execution | 3/7/2026

Trust accelerates strategy execution

Teams do not fail because they lack ideas. They fail when trust is too low for honest coordination.

Strategy can be clear on paper and still stall in real life. One common reason is trust.

When trust is low, people hold back information, avoid hard conversations, and delay decisions. The plan may still exist, but the work slows because the team is managing tension instead of momentum.

Leaders can improve this quickly by setting three norms: speak directly, name risks early, and close every meeting with clear ownership.
